Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Tofha purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• To start a return, contact us at help@tofha.shop with your order number.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
• Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you.
